First Nations Virtual Doctor of the Day provides virtual health care and referral support for people who do not have a doctor or are unable to get an appointment. It is for all First Nations people living in BC and their family members, including family members who are not Indigenous.
Hours: Doctors are available by video or phone from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Kilala Lelum partners with Indigenous Elders, physicians, and allied health professionals. They focus on HIV management, opioid agonist therapy (OAT), and other chronic conditions such as COPD, diabetes and hepatitis C.

This clinic is for adults aged 19 and above with moderate to severe mental health, substance use, and concurrent mental health and substance use disorders or conditions. Clients, families and health care providers can contact the Vancouver Access and Assessment Centre (AAC) for referrals to any Vancouver Community Adult Mental Health and Substance Use team.

This clinic provides services such as screening, assessment, rehabilitation programs, support and referrals.

Services are available to patients over the age of 19 with a doctors referral. Services include mental health assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, care coordination, counselling and support, therapeutic and educational groups, psycho-social rehabilitation, peer and family support, health and wellness clinic support, therapeutic residential program.
Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Mental Health teams will asses and treat adults whoa re diagnosed with a major mental illness and experiencing significant problems that interfere with daily tasks. This Clinic Requires a referral.

This clinic offers services to ages 19 and over who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health, substance use, and concurrent mental health and substance use disorders or conditions.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
They offer a wide range of treatments, including screenings, hygiene services, dental fillings, extractions, implants, dentures, sedation options, etc. They also offer counselling services for dental trauma, fear, and anxiety, as well as some dental lab services.

Call Women Against Violence Against Women (WAVAW), at 604-255-6344, for accompaniment to the VGH emergency.
Sheway offers health and social services to pregnant women with substance use issues. Programs include prenatal and postnatal care, primary health care, counseling, addiction management, parenting support, and assistance with basic needs like nutritious meals, food coupons, clothing and more. There is also First Nations support, a community kitchen, music therapy, advocacy and community referrals.
Sheway provides daily hot lunches, food coupons, food bags, prenatal vitamins, formula, and supplies when supplies are available.

Vancouver Native Health Society offers multicultural care, treatment, and support program for anyone who has proof from a physician of a positive HIV status. Services include a maximally assisted therapy program for medication dispensing, medication teaching and nursing care, methadone treatment, addiction counselling, outreach services, advocacy, social and leisure day programs, food bank, and 25 portable housing subsidies.
