Housing

Affordable Housing

Ho’-kee-melh Kloshe Lum provides affordable one- to three-bedroom homes for individuals and families, guided by an Indigenous-centered approach to community and care. These homes foster connection, culture, and support, creating an environment where residents can thrive and confidently build their futures.

For the affordable housing units, applications will be distributed and accepted directly through the Friendship Centre. For the Shelter program and Supportive Transition units, individuals must be referred through VAFCS Reaching Home for pre-screening prior to accessing these services.

An Indigenous-led organic tea café, our space is both a welcoming place to gather and a social enterprise dedicated to creating training, volunteer, and employment opportunities for youth and marginalized community members facing barriers to work. Grounded in Indigenous values and a deep respect for the land, we are proud to serve teas that nourish body and spirit while fostering empowerment, connection, and community well-being.
