Our Reaching Home team provides culturally grounded services that support housing stability, employment, outreach, and community connection. Learn more about the supports available below.

Reaching Home assists individuals and families at risk of or facing homelessness, focusing on sustainable housing security through case management and stabilizing supports. Resources are tailored to individual needs determined during intake and may include support with arrears, housing placement, relocation, and basic needs on a case-by-case basis.

Homeless Outreach provides support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness by connecting them with housing placement, stabilization services, and essential community resources. The program focuses on meeting immediate needs while helping participants work toward long-term housing stability.

Employment & Economic Integration helps individuals experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness overcome barriers to employment by providing personalized support, skill development, and access to community resources.

The Reaching Home Cultural Outreach Program supports clients by strengthening connection to culture, community, and a sense of belonging through access to Elders, ceremonies, and hands-on workshops that share and teach both artistic and practical skills. Participants are encouraged to learn, heal, and support each other. We recognize culture as an essential part of holistic wellness and housing stability.
